Our TPACK Coaches
Our distributed leadership strategy is anchored in a TPACK Coaching Model, where leaders serve as instructional coaches to ensure total quality across educational operations. By assigning these coaches to specific clusters and subject areas, we provide management in Technology, Pedagogy, and Content Knowledge, ensuring that appropriate strategies and tools are seamlessly woven into the curriculum, co-curriculum, and extra curriculum.
This leadership model approach ensures that the Brightwoods 2.0 vision is meticulously executed, transforming the TPACK framework into a live engine for continuous innovation and documented student success.
Our I.T. Support
Brightwoods Integrative Technology Services (BITS) serves as the backbone of our digital ecosystem. BITS manages BEACon (Brightwoods Educational Access and Connectivity) which automates critical operational workflows—including enrollment, student information management, digital reporting, etc. BITS’ role is one of systems management, maintaining the classroom connectivity and hardware reliability. From the strategic procurement and deployment of devises to the technical capacitation of support staff, BITS ensures that the school’s technological infrastructure remains as a catalyst for innovation.
Our Creatives Team
The Creatives Team bridges the gap between internal innovation and global outreach. Operating in a high-synergy partnership with BITS, this team provides a frontline creative tech assistance, amplifies our results and impact, widens our reach as a Lighthouse to the global community.
