Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Brightwoods School collects and uses personal data submitted through the admissions inquiry form on this website, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the parent/guardian's first name, last name, email address, and mobile number; the child's first name, last name, birthdate, and grade level applying for; the campus and school year of interest; and any message you provide.

Purpose of collection

We use this information solely to follow up on your admissions inquiry: to respond to your questions, schedule assessments and interviews, and send you information about the enrollment process, including the schedule of fees if requested.

Retention

We retain your inquiry data until the inquiry is closed, plus one additional school year, after which it is securely deleted unless you proceed with enrollment, in which case your data becomes part of the student's enrollment record under our standard retention policy.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erase or block, to data portability, to file a complaint, and to damages. To exercise any of these rights or ask questions about this notice, contact us at bws@brightwoods.edu.ph.
