Brightwoods shares best practices
at FIT Conference 2026
At the prestigious Fit Con hosted by Xavier School San Juan, Brightwoods School stood as a beacon of innovation, presenting two cornerstone practices that define its Brightwoods 2.0 vision. The school’s speakers showcased the synergy between high-tech integration and human-centric pedagogy, highlighting the Reggio Emilia Approach to document the "image of the child" through digital storytelling and a Service Learning Program that scales kindness from local to global. By demonstrating how technology serves as a powerful tool for both academic documentation and social impact, Brightwoods reinforced its role as a Lighthouse for Education, sharing actionable strategies for educational reform with a community of forward-thinking educators.

Brightwoods Teachers Participate
in First Ever Apple Content Creation Camp
in the Philippines
Brightwoods School actively participated in the first-ever Apple Education Community Content Creation Camp in the Philippines held on June 5–6, 2026, at the Holiday Inn & Suites Makati.
The two-day professional learning experience brought together selected K–12 educators from across the country to collaborate, create, and refine technology-enhanced learning experiences using Apple tools and resources. Guided by Apple Professional Learning Specialists, participants engaged in brainstorming sessions, peer feedback, lesson design workshops, and content development activities aimed at producing engaging instructional materials that can be shared with the Apple Education Community.
Throughout the event, participants worked closely with fellow educators, exchanging insights and best practices while exploring innovative ways to make learning more engaging, creative, and student-centered.
Brightwoods showcases innovation
at EduFusion 2026
At the EduFusion Summit 2026, held at the Royce Hotel & Casino in Clark, Brightwoods School took center stage as a "Lighthouse" of innovation, fielding four representatives to showcase the depth of our educational reform. Teacher Tina opened the narrative by tracing our ten-year evolution from 2016 to 2026, illustrating a decade of intentional tech integration, while Teacher Lovely demonstrated how we leverage technology to scale our service-learning initiatives. Representing the student voice, Keila Runes presented a project on SDG campaigns, proving that our learners are not just consumers of technology but creators of global impact. Brightwoods hosts Kindness
and SDG Action Summits
Brightwoods hosted two major events this year, mobilizing the next generation of changemakers.
On February 20, the school held its 2nd annual Kindness Summit, drawing student leaders from 25 schools across Angeles City to foster a culture of empathy and collaborative action. This was followed on March 27 by the massive maiden launch of the SDG Action Summit 2026, held at Marquee Mall, which gathered approximately 700 students and over 20 exhibitors from surrounding towns and provinces promoting the 17 global goals. Brightons also showcased their projects on how technology was utilized as a tool for kindness in creating social impact.
The Bright On, our official publication captured how these summits provide platforms for students to engineer a kinder, more sustainable future.
Brightwoods organizes
Science and Tech Fair
In January 2026, Brightwoods launched ImagineX, a high-energy showcase where students turned digital skills into real-world projects. Using the Apple ecosystem as their creative engine, students produced everything from professional short films and digital art to advanced scientific research and prototypes. The event featured a strategic e-games tournament and SciCouture, which combined sustainable science with high-tech fashion. ImagineX also served as a launchpad for future-ready skills, kickstarting our robotics training and transitioning into advanced coding workshops using Swift Playgrounds. This week-long festival proved that our students aren't just using devices—they are using technology to design, code, and innovate for the real world.
Brightwoods attends Apple Talk 2025
