Student Eligibility

The school's Academic Coordinators are responsible for selecting the new members of the student body. Their decisions are based mainly on the results of the entrance tests, past academic performance as shown by previous school records, interviews, and information contained in the application forms.

Eligibility of Applicants:

must be at least two years of age on August 1 of the school year 

must be at least three years of age on August 1 of the school year

must be at least four years of age on August 1 of the school year

  • must be at least five years of age on August 1 of the school year 
  • must pass the assessments conducted by the Academic Coordinator
  • must have no failing grade in the report card from his previous school and is recommended for admission to the next level
  • must pass the oral and written examinations

Admission Process & Requirements

Our regular enrollment period starts in May. For special cases such as transferees and preschoolers wishing to enroll within the school year, they may be accommodated depending on the availability of slots and other eligibility requirements.

The following documents are required of new enrollees:

  1. Photocopy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate 
  2. Two copies of passport size photos 
  3. Original and photocopy Progress Report Card from previous school
  4. Photocopy of Passport & ICard for Special Study Permit (SSP) for foreign nationals
  5. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate for Catholics
